The staff were kind, providing clear directions and local insights.

The bathroom could use some updates, as I noticed a bit of water discoloration around the drain after a few days.

Had brand-new, silent room with nice windows and a beautiful birthday cake plus a special touch. The location of the hotel was top - at a short distance from French Quarter. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. They spoke great English and were very efficient and kind. The location was great and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had the great misfortune of getting a room at a different hotel, little did i know i'd have to hike for breakfast. The cramped space was as cute as a dentist's office. I even expected some sort of upgrade for my troubles, but no, just the same old excuses! I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff very fantastic, they arranged a perfect combination of rooms for our family and were extremely helpful. The location is great, a short stroll from the lake and bustling with activity.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. There is water, snacks and fresh fruit waiting for you in your room. Breakfast is superb.

There were a few mosquitos in the room.

To start, the check-in was rocky due to a mix-up with the sister hotel, which left me feeling a bit off. The breakfast situation was inconvenient since it was located a few buildings down, meaning getting out of the room was necessary to start the day. Options were also limited, especially if I happened to sleep in. Lastly, the bed had some noise.

The best part about this hotel is the value for money and the service of the wonderful staff! Extremely nice and helpful!!

The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and it was in a great position for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

I was greeted by an kind staff, especially Kate, who organized a fantastic tour for me. The location was perfect, tucked away from the busy streets yet close to delicious Michelin-rated pho spots. My room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, giving me a great view of the surrounding area.

Golden Sun Legend Hotel is very convenient to go to the city sights, especially old town. It takes about ten minutes to go to Ho Hoan Kiem lake by walk. It is quiet and comfortable at night.

The pickup service to and from the airport is a little expensive.

The location was marvellous, steps away from a traditional water puppet theater. We dined at a modest nearby restaurant with local dishes.

This hotel brought us great joy. The location is perfect, just a quiet lane away from the hustle of Hanoi's old quarter. Walking to all main attractions took no time at all. The staff was very good. They treated us like family, providing excellent service and local tips. Our Connecting Suite was spacious with comfortable beds, and the large bathroom featured a walk-in shower, a real highlight. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the cooked-to-order dishes like Pho. On the downside, the bathroom could use updates, and some sockets in the room didn't work well. Wi-Fi was hit and miss, especially in the room. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was satisfying, and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is brilliant. We arranged for them to pick us up at the airport and they were waiting for us when we arrived really early in the morning. The hotel is in a little side street and is a little gem. The rooms are really nice, well laid out and and very clean. You have a TV and free internet in your room. The staff were fantastic. So helpful and friendly, I can't say enough good things about them. They arranged our tours which were also amazing and took us to the pickup points and made sure we had everything we needed. Our friends which were not staying at the hotel were even allowed to use our room for a shower as they had checked out their hotel and the hotel took them to the airport also. We booked another night at the end of our week in Vietnam as we were really impressed with this hotel.

Very friendly staff! Almost too friendly ;) Very nice rooms and a delicious breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and open from 6.30 to 10.30. Would definitely stay here again next time.
